On the property advert you will find “Contact Details of the Property” underneath the advert. Now you can contact the seller direct via telephone or E-mail.

The operating system requires that all images that need to be uploaded need to be in jpg.

How do I get my photos to be in jpg. format?
Find the photo for your advert on your computer, right click on the image with your mouse, you can then select "save", from here you can usually select what format you wish to save your image as, save image as jpg. If you cannot do this please contact us and we will add them for you (no charge).

My advert is not showing in the correct city?
You will need to log in and change the city that you have selected.

How do I edit my advert when it is live?
You have to log in to your portfolio to edit your advert.

I have edited my advert and now cannot see it?
Your advert is waiting to be approved by a member of staff.
